Join us to begin your summer! We will be offering a limited selection of options for children age 3 through entering grade 8 who are finished with school and looking to kick off the summer season. 

It is important to note that the Warm-Up Week will not include our full range of programming options, please read the descriptions carefully before enrolling.

Adventurers (WUW)

Entering Grades 1 - 8
Adventurers Warm-Up Week is the perfect early start to summer, giving campers a high-energy taste of what’s ahead. With a different field trip every day, kids jump right into exciting off-campus adventures while families still enjoy the convenience of regular drop-off and pick-up at Meadowbrook. It’s an easy, memorable, and fun kick-off to the season for campers who can’t wait to get started.

  • Friday: No Camp (in observance of Juneteenth)

ABC Art Week (WUW)

Entering Grades PreK - K
Now I know my ABCs, won’t you come and create with me? Make the alphabet come to life through various arts and crafts activities. Alphabet Art will expose your budding scholar to learning letter-sound relationships, letter formation, and sensory experiences. Get ready for an adventure in alphabet art.

Little Shoppers+ (WUW)

Entering Grades 1-2
Shop. Budget. Sell. Repeat! Little Shoppers is the perfect camp for kids who love pretending to run their own store. Campers will explore money concepts through games, role play, and creative activities—budgeting for shopping sprees, designing storefronts, and practicing math skills as cashiers. The week culminates in a market day where everyone gets to buy, sell, and celebrate their new skills. Along the way, campers enjoy swimming, classic camp games, and team-building activities, making new friends and memories at every turn. Join us for a week of creativity, learning, and fun. Here, kids are Little Shoppers and big-time explorers!

Sleepover Fun and Games (WUW)

Entering Grades 1-2
Our Sleepover Camp gives kids a full day of fun to mimic favorite sleepover activities. With creative arts and crafts like bath bombs, slime, and DIY face masks, plus group games and themed activities. Campers enjoy a cozy adventure that builds friendships, independence, and unforgettable memories. PJS are welcome-though remember you still have lots of outside play afterwards!

Art Exploration (WUW)

Entering Grades 1-3
An exciting exploration into the many facets of the arts! We’ll work with paint, clay, oil pastels, collage, and more to create beautiful works of art. Each day will focus on a different medium, giving students the chance to experiment, discover, and express themselves. Get ready to get messy and make some masterpieces!

Led by Meadowbrook School faculty member, Sara Akbari (Grade 1 Teacher).

Pokemon Movie Adventures+ (WUW)

Entering Grades 3-5
Ignite your child’s imagination in this Pokémon-inspired storytelling and movie-making workshop! Kids will create their own Pokémon tales, from original characters to epic journeys, starting each class with a Pokémon card game to spark ideas. They’ll design costumes, build Pokémon teams, and bring their stories to life using a mix of hand-drawn and animated backgrounds, live-action filming, and special effects. The course wraps up with a unique mixed-media video project to share with family and friends.

LEGO Robotics (WUW)

Entering Grades 3-5
Lego Robotics is a cool camp where students learn how technologies like programming, sensors, gears, and mechanics work, all while having fun! They will start with the simple devices and build more complex models like Tank Bots and program them. Campers will learn the fundamentals of mechanical engineering as they team up to build robotic systems and compete against one another in tasks such as sumo-wrestling, tug-o-war, head-to-head combat, and much more! By the end of the week, campers will put their skills to the test and see who can build the best battle bot.

Graphic Novels (WUW)

Entering Grades 4-6
Do you love graphic novels? Do you dream of creating your own? Come to this summer session to learn the process for creating graphic novels! We will develop stories through doodling, dialogue, and book maps, and each camper will end the session with a fully developed graphic novel draft.

Led by Meadowbrook School faculty members, Liz Wand (Grade 5 Teacher) and Tom Nickerson (Grade 5 Teacher).

Digital Photography (WUW)

Entering Grades 6-8
Have you ever wanted to be a Photographer? Well, this is your chance! In this camp, we’ll learn the basics of photography in all of its forms. We’ll learn about Composition, Lighting and other core strategies that allow professionals to take incredible photos. We’ll also get to take pictures of campus, go on nature tours, and even create beautiful creations for local businesses!

Acorns (WUW)

Nursery (Ages 3-4)
Acorns is our warm, play-based program for campers ages 3-4, led by our dedicated Branches staff and the Acorns Director. Families can choose a half-day or full-day option, and all participants must be fully potty trained. Each week follows a fun theme as children build early social skills through group play, arts and crafts, outdoor exploration, and plenty of water play. Full-day campers should pack a nut-free lunch and any needed rest items.

TeamPlayers: Soccer (WUW)

Entering Grades 1-6
Teamplayers Soccer, in partnership with ASA Hoops, gives kids entering grades 1–6 the chance to take to the upper fields for scrimmages, skill‑building drills, and games that sharpen their soccer abilities. Campers also build teamwork, confidence, and enjoy the fun of playing with friends in a supportive environment.
